TASTE: Wow. I know this won’t be the case for many, but the blend of fruits, oak, and velvet tannins honestly remind me of a fist full of ripe olives soaked in deer blood and dark chocolate. Someone else said it has an earthy taste beyond the oak, and how. After reading the blurb, I can only surmise that Mr. Shinas works all day and night, rounding up all the criminals that escaped justice, slaying them, and burying the whole lot of them under his vineyards, to slack the thirst of his occult crop…

It tastes like it’s infused with the blood of The Guilty, and it is now, by a wide margin, my all-time favorite Shiraz. Bravo. I’m off to buy it all up before it disappears.
